Our Golfing Exercise Library was created by Chick Evans Scholar & Kinesiologist, Leah Seidel. She attended The University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana on the Chick Evans Scholarship and received her B.S. and M.S. in Kinesiology with a minor in Gerontology. She is also a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor. In 2020, Leah opened Golden Oak Personal Training. Her business is committed to helping seniors enjoy their favorite activities for as long as possible while staying injury free.
